About this opening
Secondary school mathematics — from algebra and geometry through to calculus and statistics. We need guides who build understanding, not just drill students through formulas. The goal is a student who knows what they're doing and why — one who can think through a problem they haven't seen before, not one who recognizes question types.
What we're looking for
- Strong mathematical background — degree in mathematics, engineering, or similar
- Experience teaching school-level math, especially to students who are struggling
- Patient and methodical — able to diagnose exactly where understanding breaks down
- Familiar with at least one curriculum: CBSE, ICSE, IB, SAT/ACT, AP, or A-Level
